A man went viral after lifting his 112 kg Hero Splendor on his shoulder to cross a closed railway gate.

India is known for its creative ‘jugaad’ solutions, and a viral video proves it once again. The clip shows a man doing something most of us would never even think of: lifting a 112 kg Hero Splendor motorcycle onto his shoulder and casually walking across a railway crossing.
The unusual stunt happened because the railway gate was closed for an incoming train. While everyone else waited in line, this man decided he had no time for that.
Instead, he picked up his bike, balanced it carefully on his shoulder, and walked through a small pedestrian gate to the other side of the tracks.

In the footage, the man appears well-built and confident as he navigates past vehicles, holding the bike in a way that rests the seat on his shoulder. This smart positioning ensured the metal parts didn’t dig into his body, making it a little easier to handle the weight.
The Hero Splendor, while not the heaviest motorcycle, still weighs over 100 kilograms, making this no small feat.
At first, viewers thought he was simply trying to escape a traffic jam. But it quickly became clear that his only goal was to avoid waiting at the closed gate. Without hesitation, he crossed the railway track with the motorcycle on his shoulder and calmly set it down on the other side.

Risky stunt that left the internet divided
While the man’s strength and confidence impressed many online viewers, some even jokingly compared him to ‘Baahubali’, and others criticised the act as reckless and unsafe.
Carrying such a heavy machine could have easily led to injury if he slipped, and crossing railway gates while they are closed is extremely dangerous. Trains often move faster than people expect, and accidents in such situations have proved fatal in the past.
The video serves as yet another reminder that while jugaad solutions can be entertaining, they shouldn’t come at the cost of safety. What looks like a display of strength and impatience could have easily turned into a disaster.
