Easy chicken nachos with a salsa verde cheese sauce!

ingredients
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups chicken (such as salsa verde chicken), cooked, shredded/diced, and warm
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can of white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups salsa verde queso, warm
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
directions
  1. Spread the tortilla chips over a large serving dish, sprinkle on the chicken and beans, drizzle the queso over, sprinkle on the green onions, cilantro, and jalapeno, and enjoy!

Option: Add 1 avocado, diced!
