After adding the tech-loaded model Clavis to the lineup, the top carmaker, Kia, has now kick-started its nationwide Ownership Service Camp in India. The initiative has been taken to offer a seamless after-sales car ownership experience to the customers across 445 authorised service workshops, covering 329 cities.
The comapny says that interested customers will be able to take advantage of the service camp from July 1 this year. The service camp will offer a curated suite of complimentary services and exclusive privileges to enhance customer engagement and uphold vehicle performance.
What’s Offer All About?
During the workshop initiative, the customers will be able to enjoy a complimentary 36-point comprehensive vehicle health check, total inspection of the exterior, interior, engine compartment, underbody checkup, and on-road performance evaluation.
Benefits
In a move to make the offer more interesting, the company has added attractive customer offers. It includes a 20 percent discount on car care services, up to 10 percent discount on Extended Warranty packages, followed by 10 percent discount on retail Roadside Assistance (RSA) plans, a 10 percent discount on parts and labour costs, and some exciting offers on accessories.
The company also says via official release that Kia India will also offer an exclusive 3+2 years Roadside Assistance package for both customers providing successful referrals and their referees during the service camp period.
